The Project
The Crazy Cousin is a vibrant, contemporary, and rebellious Italian street food truck that caters to the young, energetic, and food-loving crowd of Dubai. Inspired by the spirited Italian cousin who never plays by the rules, it brings an exciting twist to traditional Italian favorites, offering pizza, pasta, arancini, and calzone with a unique and fun twist.
Taking inspiration from this character, we created a universe of illustrations, imagining different fun scenarios where this cool cousin plays around with his family and friends, giving a fun twist to every situation.
Sticky Facts
For this project, we started by imagining the personality of The Crazy Cousin, as if he was a real person: «The crazy cousin is in every Italian family. He is the person who never abides by the family rules, and ditches everything for his own interests. He is that naughty child running in the streets of Italy, making noise with other kids. He is the coolest kid at school that everyone wants to be friends with. He is the smartest, yet out of the box adult that always gets things done but on his way. He is the person who lives in his own world.»
