The Project

Yuniku is a sushi restaurant from Mendoza, Argentina, based in the concept of «Dark Kitchen». Hidden, mysterious and sophisticated: that was the essence of the project. They offer signature cuisine, that’s why each piece of sushi is thought as a work of art: unique, delicate and exotic.

For the naming stage, we created a huge list of names alternatives, to finally get to the name Yuniku, the japanese word for “Unique”

Sticky Facts

Some Sticky Facts For the universe of this project we played with collage, creating unique compositions. We combined art and renassaince style pictures taking inspiraton from the maritime world: as a result we obtained characters as mythological sea creatures, fishes and cherubs, creating a unique and mistic universe for Yuniku. We took some inspiration from japanese culture, using typographies that takes us to the oriental culture.
